U.S. veteran Tinie L. Crawford, 74, of Thornton, died Sept. 15, 2011, in Thornton.
He was born Feb. 2, 1937, in Red Cloud, Neb., to Ivan Crawford and Ila Koenig. He joined the United States Army in May 1955 and served until 1957.
Survivors include his mother, Ila Crawford, of Thornton; his wife, Barbara, of 51 years, of Thornton; children, Bill Crawford, of Thornton, Terry Crawford, of Brighton, and Lori Crawford, of Thornton; brothers, Galen Crawford, of Watkins, Roger Crawford, of Commerce City; sister, Vicki Baumgartner, of Prospect Valley; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Sept. 21, at Brighton United Methodist Church, 625 S. Eighth Ave. Graveside service will follow at 2 p.m. at Fort Logan National Cemetery, staging area A.
Tabor-Rice Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
