Meegan Davis and Matthew Butler, of Commerce City, announce the birth of a son, Tanner Michael Butler. He was born Jan. 24, 2015, at Platte Valley Medical Center in Brighton, weighing 5 pounds, 3 ounces, and measuring 18.5 inches.

Grandparents are Michelle Andrews, of Brighton; James Andrews, of Highlands Ranch; Deb Butler, of Atalissa, Iowa; and Emmett Butler, of West Liberty, Iowa. Great-grandparents are Virginia and Andrew Abugelis, of Lenardtown, Md.

Tanner joins his brother Logan Butler, 6.
