State 5A girls basketball tournament starts Feb. 21

AURORA -- CHSAA put together the state 5A girls tournament bracket.

Green Mountain earned the No. 9 seed and takes on 24th-rated Denver North in Lakewood. Dakota Ridge has the 31st seed and travels to face No. 2 Roosevelt. Littleton, the No. 10m seed, hosts Greeley Central. Frederick takes the No. 27 seed into the tournament and travels to face No. 6 Palmer Ridge. Skyview High School gets the 17th seed and visits No. 16 Falcon. Second-round games are Friday, Feb. 24, at the home of the higher seed.
