Fort Lupton Middle School’s seventh-grade football team beat Estes Park 22-18 Sept. 23.
FLMS rallied from an 18-point deficit for the win.
Coach John Panas credited strong runs from Clint Allen and Patrick Vasquez. Allen scored twice and threw a touchdown pass to Cody Langdon.
“The offensive Line blocked really well to help open holes for the running backs,” Panas said. “The defense caused some costly turnovers and played tough as well.”
