Sandra Ann Williams, 64, of Brighton, died April 2, 2011, in Brighton. She was born in West Point, Neb., Sept. 5, 1946, to Karl (Helen) Knobbe. Sandra graduated from Wheat Ridge High School in 1964. After graduation she attended Barnes Business School for two years and received her associates in business administration. She married Dennis Williams in Brighton May 12, 2000.
Sandra worked for North American Limousin Association, which is a cattle breed company, for 23 years. She enjoyed having little dogs, the Colorado mountains, camping and anything that revolved around being outdoors. The motto “Shop till you drop” fit Sandra to a T.
Sandra is survived by her husband; her mother, Helen Corrigan, of Wheat Ridge; son, Steve (Jamie) Hurst of Arvada; a stepson, Mike Williams of San Diego, Calif.; a stepdaughter, Michelle Williams, of Federal Heights; two brothers, John Knobbe of Wheat Ridge, and Steve (Kim) Miller of Arvada; a sister Lori (Jim) Phelan, of Crater Lake, Ore.; a sister-in-law, D’Ann (Gordon) Bacon of Brighton; and a granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her father and one son, Jeff Hurst.
