McCrumb appointed to Re-8 board

FORT LUPTON -- The Weld Re-8 School District board of education appointed Suzann McCrumb to fill a vacancy Monday night.

She takes Virginia Shull's place and represents Director District D, the Aristocrat Acres area of town. Shull stepped down from the board in December, and the board has been at less than full strength since.

McCrumb was the only person to express interest in filling the vacancy. She will fill the vacancy until the next school board election in 2013.
