Jenna C. Moulton, 34, died July 9, 2012, in Fort Lupton.
She was born Oct. 12, 1977, in Minden, Neb., to Wayne and Mary Moulton. She earned her GED at Brighton High School in 1996.
Moulton is survived by her mother, of Minneapolis; and daughters Kinzie, 9, of Hopkins, Minn., and Payton Demont, 4, of North Branch, Minn. She was preceded in death by her father and by a daughter, Patricia Kloster, in 2001.
Funeral services and burial will be private. Memorial gifts may be made to the Jenna C. Moulton Fund (Account No. 5766774672) at any Wells Fargo branch.
Erlinger Funeral Home in Fort Lupton handled the arrangements.
