Helen Baros, 89, of Fort Lupton, died Aug. 14, 2011, at her home.
She was born Feb. 12, 1922, in Kailler, New Mexico, to John and Mary Bosser.
Helen is survived by her spouse of nearly 70 years. Jess Baros. His devotion and care never faltered. She is survived by her children, Jerry Baros. of Denver, Mark (Carol) Baros, of Brighton, and Kathy Baros Freidt (Paul Seabert) of Olympia, Wash.; sisters, Mary Kiernan, of Broomfield, and Shirley Ursini, of Northglenn; and brothers, George Bosser, of Thornton, Steve Bosser, of Brighton, Danny Bosser, of Tacoma, Wash., and Ernie Bosser, of Ohio. Her grandchildren, Gabriel (Vicki) Baros, of Northglenn, Julian and Matthew Baros, of Brighton, and Jessica Friedt, of Portland, Ore., remember Helen caring and constant flow of cookies and ice cream. Great-granchildren, Jessie, CheyAnne and Brandon Baros and baby, Hailey (mom Rachel) brought Helen a lot of pride and laughter.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Tony Bosser, Junior Bosser, Charlie Willie Walter Bosser, Henry Bosser, and Tommy Bosser and sisters, Grace, Delia, and Francis.
Funeral service is at 11 a.m., Aug. 18, at St. William Catholic Church in Fort Lupton. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery in Fort Lupton. Erlinger Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
