For these homes that sold, the average time on the market was 56 days (down from 88 days ), and they sold for an average of 99 percent (up from 93 percent) of the price they were listed for at the time they went under contract. Sales prices varied from a low of $93,900 to a high of $249,900, with the total volume being about $1.5 million (up from about $1 million).
