Food bank gets big donations

Posted

Editor,
The Fort Lupton Food and Clothing Bank would like to thank the Fort Lupton House of Smoke for their donation so far this year of over 1 ton of meat for the hungry people in our community.
We would also like to thank Safeway for their hundreds of pounds of perishable food given each week. With the hard times especially in this area of Weld County, this food donation is greatly appreciated. People helping people is all about the Fort Lupton community. Thank you.
Please look for the upcoming food drives.
