Editor,
It is that time of year when schools all over the country are searching for new leadership to fill vacancies left by those who are retiring, moving or just leaving the profession.
Our public schools are in comparison to the factories that make the spokes that support the wheel of a bicycle. If the spokes are of bad quality, the wheel will not function right and the results are a crash and failure. A country with mediocrity coming out in their educational system will eventually crash.
In selecting the new manager for your school, you have to search your soul and decided what you want for your country’s future. You can select a leader that is not afraid to make the necessary changes for an effective discipline and top quality of education or select someone that will not implement improvements in the system.
The outcome is in our hands as well as the future of this great country.
