Danielle and Travis Esa, of Brighton, announce the birth of their son, Carter James Esa.
    Carter was born Feb. 23, 2011, at Platte Valley Medical Center in Brighton. He weighed 6 pounds, 7 ounces and measured 19 inches.
    Carter’s grandparents are Don and Regina Hamilton, of Arvada, and Jim and Jill Esa, of Arvada. His great-grandparents are Cecil and Virginia Lewis, of Littleton.
