Rising COVID cases, staffing shortages prompt the offer

The city of Brighton's aquatics department responded to the increasing number of COVID cases and resulting staffing issues with a new aquatics hotline .. 303-655-2251.
The city said it will alert visits of the most current modifications to operating hours and swimming.
The city will take registrations for Session B swim lessons (feb. 14 to March 12) on a provisional basius. According to a press release, this means a wait-list registration at no cost, pending a decision whether the center can conduct the lessons.
The statement said emails will be sent to the registrants for Session B Monday, Jan. 31. Registrations for Sessions C and D will take place Thursday, Feb. 24.
