    Beth Arlene and Randal James Janda, of Thornton, announce the birth of their daughter, Ashlynn Grace Janda.
   She was born Oct. 14, 2011, at Platte Valley Medical Center, in Brighton. She weighed 6 pounds, 6 ounces and measured 19 inches.
   The grandparents are Robert and Marcie Blankenship, of Thornton, Barbara Janda, of Thornton, and Dolores Meissner, Westminster.
   Ashlynn joins her brother, Coltan James, 3, at home.
