Aaron Cordova-Gonzalez, 19, of Denver, passed away July 26, 2012, at his home. He was born Oct. 8, 1992, in Mexico to Aaron Cordova Sr. and Rosa Armida. He attended school Northglenn High School.
Aaron was employed at Garcia Trucking in Denver, and he lived for the last year in Brighton. He loved spending time with his family, especially with his daughter. He enjoyed music and was a fan of the Mexico national soccer team.
He is survived by his father, of Brighton; mother, Rosa Armida of Anterio, Ore.; his girlfriend, Rocio Zamora, of Denver; daughter, Alyssa Melody Cordova; paternal grandparents, Alvaro and Guadalupe Cordova, of Denver; maternal grandmother, Rosa Garcia, of Mexico; sister, Brenda Cordova, of Mexico; and brother, Emmanuel Cordova, of Oregon.
Visitation and a celebration of life service were at The Healing Place Church in Brighton July 31. The funeral service is at 2 p.m., Aug. 1, also at the church, 17801 E. 160th Avenue, Brighton. Interment follows at Fairview Cemetery.
