Lefforge had eight rebounds, three blocked shots and scored four points. It starts at 4 p.m. Thursday, March 7, when the Bluedevils host Platte Valley.</p> <p> One item not on his plate is a choice of college. Howard opted for McPherson College in McPherson, Kansas. He also earned first-team, all-RMAC honors.</p> <p> Ramirez, who is a sophomore at Colorado State Pueblo, almost didn&rsquo;t make it to the track team, much less the podium. He&rsquo;s had some stomach issues in 2017 that are under control.
