Frozen Toes Rendezvous 2019

South Platte Valley Historical Society and Tallow River Trappers are kicking of the cold weather with the Frozen Toes Renderzvous at the Historic Fort Lupton. Its living history event for the whole family.

Campers must come in pre-1840 wear after 6 p.m. Camps with a horse must have their own insurance. The Bastian Cantina is expected to be opening in the evenings, as while as other events and a chili cook-off dinner. Also, above ground fire pits are required and are available for a small fee. Shovel and a water bucket must be visible. Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash. No vehicles in camp site after 6 p.m. Friday and throughout the event. Unless its pre-approved by Booshway.

Traders are welcome and may be asked to donate a prize. A trade fee is charged only, if camping fee was not paid. Water and some firewood will be onsite, no tree cutting allowed. Cannons are in designated areas by pre-approval only and owners must sign a waiver. No visible plastic or aluminum containers.

A shoot is schedule for $5.00

Modern Camping and Tin Tipi area with electric hook up $10.00

Camping family fee $35 single $25

Team member family $30 single $20

Team members meet Saturday morning with a pancake breakfast, for members only.
