Former Fort Lupton teacher pleads guilty for selling Oxycodone

Ramon Hernandez, 35, of Fort Lupton pleaded guilty June 4 in the U.S. District Court for illegally selling 150 Oxycodone pills per month for $2,000.

According to a press release, Hernandez had been prescribing 60 oxymorphone, 150 oxycodone 20-milligram pills and 300 oxycodone 30-milligrams pills per month since April 2017. Hernandez was a former Twombly Elementary fifth grade school teacher.
