Glad it didn&rsquo;t pass,&rdquo; said Frederick softball coach Roger Dufour.</p> Verbal commitments for Massey sisters http://www.ftluptonpress.com/content/verbal-commitments-massey-sisters <p> <span style="line-height: 20.4px;">Frederick&rsquo;s Brittlyn and Madalyn Massey made verbal commitments to continue their softball careers at Lamar Community College.</span></p> <p class="p4" style="line-height: 20.4px;"> &nbsp;</p> State volleyball format may change http://www.ftluptonpress.com/content/state-volleyball-format-may-change <p> <span style="line-height: 20.4px;">There may be a change to the format of the state volleyball tournaments.</span></p> <p class="p2" style="line-height: 20.4px;"> The Colorado High School Activities Association&rsquo;s volleyball committee would like to use a bracket format at state as opposed to pool play. The proposal still gives state-qualifying teams a minimum of two matches over three days.
