Rejuvenations Spa gets a makeover

Sometimes, moving just across the street can make an entire world of difference. Such is the case with Rejuvenations Therapeutic Massage and Spa, formerly based at 1111 First St. and now in a cheery new storefront in the Safeway Plaza. Its been a welcome change, both in atmosphere and

Now open for business, the new Safeway Plaza location of Rejuvenations Therapeutic Massage and Spa boasts a well-lit and spacious lobby area and better accommodations for massage, tanning, make-up and waxing.

    Opening on Valentine’s Day, the new location in Suite W-9 saw some tanners come in to color up, as the spa returned to full service.
    “I love it. We have a lot more room, and the customers love it too,” Rejuvenations office manager Cody Moe said, about the new digs. “It’s a lot nicer over here.”
    Besides the business staples of therapeutic massage and tanning, (both upright and vertical booths with different intensity levels) the spa offers facials and other cosmetic services, but has dropped some services due to location. Both a nail and hair salon already exist in the plaza.
    “We won’t be doing nails over here, or hair,” Moe said. “But we are still doing waxing.”
    In the works for the past few months, the actual move took about a week of bustling. According to Moe, the majority of the work is over, and the salon is back in full swing.
    “We still have some boxes to sort through,” Moe said. “But it’s worth it.”
