Jan. 12
Firefighters responded to a medical assist call at 2:47 p.m. in the 1000 block of Fulton Avenue. Paramedics took a refusal.

Jan. 13
Firefighters responded to a report of a natural gas odor at 8:54 a.m. in the area of Ninth Street and Hoover Avenue. It was unfounded.

Firefighters responded to a medical assist call at 10:31 a.m. in the 7000 block of Harold Street. One individual was transported to Platte Valley Medical Center.

Firefighters responded to a medical assist call for an individual with breathing problems at 3:32 p.m. in the 1000 block of Pacific Court. The individual was transported to an area hospital.

Firefighters responded to a medical assist call at 12:14 a.m. at Seventh Avenue and Hoover Avenue. Paramedics took a refusal.

Firefighters responded to a medical assist call at 4:32 a.m. in the 800 block of South Broadway Avenue. The individual was transported to an area hospital.

Firefighters responded to a medical assist call at 5:20 a.m. in the 100 block of South McKinley Avenue. The individual was transported to North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley.

Firefighters responded to a medical assist call for an individual with breathing problems at 4:41 p.m. in the 15000 block of Weld County Road 12. The individual was transported to Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland.

Jan. 15
Firefighters responded to a power pole sparking at 8:34 a.m. in the 200 block of First Street. A breaker box was sparking and United Power was contacted to respond.

Firefighters responded to a medical assist call at 1:55 p.m. in the area of Elizabeth Court and Fulton Avenue. Paramedics took a refusal.

Jan. 16
Firefighters responded to a medical assist call at 10:50 a.m. in the 2000 block of Ninth Street. One individual was transported to Platte Valley Medical Center.

Firefighters responded to an odor investigation at 6:23 p.m. in the 100 block of Fifth Street. A motor was overheated and smoking. There was no fire.

Firefighters responded to a report of a single-vehicle rollover accident at 8:17 p.m. in the 3000 block of U.S. Highway 85. There were no injuries and no transport.

Firefighters responded to a report of a traffic accident at 8:41 p.m. in the 30000 block of U.S. Highway 85. It was a flat tire and there was no problem.

Firefighters responded to a report of a traffic accident at 9:28 p.m. in the area of state Highway 52 and U.S. Highway 85. It was a vehicle slide off and there were no injuries.

Jan. 17
Firefighters responded to a medical assist call for an individual with breathing problems at 8:28 a.m. in the 1000 block of South Fulton Avenue. The individual was transported to Platte Valley Medical Center.

Firefighters responded to a medical assist call at 9:13 a.m. in the 7000 block of Harold Street. The individual was transported to an area hospital.

Firefighters responded to a to a vehicle fire in a parking lot at 9:38 a.m. in the 500 block of Reynolds Street. The fire was extinguished and an investigation was conducted.

Firefighters responded to a report of a large fire at 9:53 a.m. in the 7000 block of Weld County Road 19. It was a flare off at the spindle plant.

Jan. 18
Firefighters responded to a medical assist call at 2:59 a.m. in the 1000 block of Ninth Street. The individual was transported to an area hospital.

Firefighters responded to a report of a traffic accident at 6:34 a.m. in the area of Weld County Road 18 and U.S. Highway 85. While en route, firefighters were advised of two other potential crash locations at Weld County Road 16 and U.S. 85 and Weld County Road 14 and U.S. 85. Separate units were dispatched to the two possible accident locations. At Weld County Road 18 and 85, firefighters found a four-vehicle accident with two vehicles sustaining heavy damage. One individual was transported to North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley. Paramedics took six refusals.

Firefighters responded to a traffic accident at 6:41 a.m. in the area of Weld County Road 14 and U.S. Highway 85. One individual was transported to an area hospital.

Firefighters responded to a medical assist call at 11:33 p.m. in the 7000 block of Harold Street. Paramedics took a refusal.

Jan. 19
Firefighters responded to a smoke alarm at 3:12 a.m. in the 400 block of Second Street. A stove was left and triggered the alarm. There was no fire.

Firefighters responded to an audible fire alarm at 7:27 p.m. in the 400 block of Second Street. The smoke was found to originate from the kitchen where there was smoke damage to the walls and ceilings. The area was ventilated. Paramedics transported one individual to Longmont United Hospital.

Jan. 20
Firefighters responded to a medical assist call at 12:44 a.m. in the 100 block of Second Street. Firefighters were canceled.

Firefighters responded to an assist call for a possibly deceased individual at 5:18 p.m. in the 400 block of Rollie Avenue. The individual was pronounced dead at the scene.
