Dec. 1
Firefighters responded to a medical assist call for an individual with breathing problems at 8:48 a.m. in the 1000 block of Mountview Avenue. Paramedics took a refusal.

Firefighters responded to a medical assist call at 3:22 p.m. in the area of Weld County Roads 10 and 27. It was a false alarm.

Firefighters responded to a medical assist call at 9:47 p.m. in the 900 block of Denver Avenue. Paramedics took a refusal.

Firefighters responded to a medical assist call at 5:41 p.m. in the 1000 block of Mountview Avenue. Paramedics took a refusal.

Dec. 3
Firefighters responded to a report of vehicle at 7:25 a.m. in the area of Weld County Roads 16 and 31. Paramedics took a refusal.

Firefighters responded to a medical assist call at 3:17 p.m. in the 2000 block of Weld County Road 27. One individual was transported to Platte Valley Medical Center.

Firefighters responded to a medical assist call at 5:57 p.m. in the 100 block of Denver Avenue. Firefighters were canceled.

Firefighters responded to a medical assist call at 7:50 p.m. in the area of Second and Main Streets. One individual was transported to Platte Valley Medical Center in Brighton.

Firefighters responded to a medical assist call at 9:06 p.m. in the 900 block of Birch Avenue. One individual was transported to Platte Valley Medical Center.

Firefighters responded to a medical assist call for a fall victim at 11:46 p.m. in the 1000 block of Mountview Avenue. Paramedics took a refusal.

Dec. 4
Firefighters responded to a medical assist call at 5:07 p.m. in the 1000 block of Hoover Avenue. One individual was transported to Platte Valley Medical Center.

Firefighters responded to a medical assist call at 11:43 p.m. in the 300 block of First Street. Firefighters were canceled en route.

Firefighters responded to a medical assist call at 11:07 p.m. in the 15000 block of Coleman Avenue. Paramedics took a refusal.

Dec. 5
Firefighters responded to a fire alarm at 2:04 p.m. in the 1000 block of Second Street. It was a false alarm.

Firefighters responded to a medical assist call for a fall victim at 2:32 a.m. in the 1000 block of Mountain View Avenue. One individual was transported to Platte Valley Medical Center.

Firefighters responded to a report of a blown transformer at 6:38 p.m. in the 1000 block of Barley Avenue. United Power was contacted to respond.

Dec. 6
Firefighters responded to an assist call to shut off a water line at 1:26 p.m. in the 400 block of Pacific Avenue.  Firefighters and a city public works crew responded to the home.

Firefighters responded to a medical assist call at 8:06 p.m. in the 1000 block of Mountain View Avenue. Paramedics took a refusal.

Firefighters responded to a medical assist call at 11:06 p.m. in the 15000 block of Caroline Avenue. One individual was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette.

Dec. 7
Firefighters responded to a gas leak at 9:11 a.m. in the 1000 block of Denver Avenue. The leak was isolated and Xcel Energy contacted to respond.

Firefighters responded to a report of a rollover traffic accident at 1:51 p.m. in the area of Weld County Road 16 and Denver Avenue. There were no injuries.

Firefighters responded to a report of a gas leak at 2:52 p.m. in the 1000 block of Ninth Street. Xcel was contacted to respond.

Firefighters responded to a standby request for a medical assist at 3:51 p.m. in the area of Lone Pine Street and McKinley Avenue. Firefighters were canceled.

Firefighters responded to a fire alarm at 5:10 p.m. in the 900 block of McKinley Avenue. A heat exchanger creating steam triggered the fire alarm.

Dec. 8
Firefighters responded to a medical assist call at 5:10 p.m. in the 900 block of McKinley Avenue. One individual was transported to North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley.

Dec. 9
Firefighters responded to a traffic accident at 3:41 p.m. in the area of First Street and Park Avenue. One individual was transported to Platte Valley Medical Center.

Dec. 10
Firefighters responded to a medical assist call at 12:15 p.m. in the 200 block of South McKinley Avenue. One individual was transported to Platte Valley Medical Center.

Dec. 11
Firefighters responded to a request for a carbon monoxide alarm reset at 2:47 p.m. in the 200 block of Second Street. The building was ventilated.
