GREELEY — Aims Community College selected Godwin C. Chungag as the new Dean of Division III.
Chungag has a background in math, physics, science, engineering, business and finance, with more than 20 years of corporate experience.
Prior to coming to Aims, Chungag held several leadership positions as professor, associate dean of general education, dean of academic affairs, senior technologist, president and chief executive officer.
He is an expert in STEM-related disciplines and continues to implement technology to attract the next generation of scientists.
Chungag received a bachelor of science in engineering from Indiana Institute of Technology and earned his master’s and Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from Wayne State University in Detroit. He also earned an M.B.A. in finance and ethics from the University of Mary in Bismarck, N.D.
Chungag will oversee Division III programs, including but not limited to: automotive technology, aviation, oil and gas, behavioral and social sciences, engineering, industrial technology, construction management and trades, welding technology, physical education, early childhood education and education.
